Royal Holloway, University of London: Citizens’ Project Activity Plan

The Citizens project, lead by Royal Holloway in partnership with the Magna Carta School and Egham Museum, explores and examines the legacy of the Magna Carta. The project is complex and multi-stranded with a diverse range of local and national delivery and heritage partners and supporting organisations.

I worked closely with Matthew Smith, the Project Manager to compile the research and information for the activity plan. The timescale for the delivery of the activity plan was extremely tight, to ensure this was achieved a programme of work with defined responsibilities was agreed at the outset. Clear communication was also essential and regular meetings and telephone updates were timetabled.

The project successfully secured funding from the HLF for a Heritage Grant.
